An experience with complex logistics but with an exceptional result.

We mobilized more than 150 volunteers on the outskirts of Panama to continue building the Panama Oxygen Bank, an initiative led by P&G's Vick brand and the Ancon Foundation of Panama.

We prepared a series of kits designed for the place where the activity was taking place, travel logistics, snacks and made the venue 100% habitable.

We hosted SBOD+Week Europe 2022 at our Exceptional Experiences Studio, a full swing from creativity, to production and live broadcasting execution.

Along with the entire Sales, Brand Operations, and Digital team from P&G Europe we were able to broadcast live a memorable experience.

We are ready to produce more exceptional experiences in Europe, anywhere in the world, and metaverse!

 

Year End Celebration. The ride

This hybrid experience was focused on CELEBRATING the achievements of 2021 with a lot of energy and good vibes for the new year ahead.

Assembled in record-breaking speed with Instagram Worthy spots, the P&G blue carpet, a highly dynamic interface for people connected remotely and a LOT of creativity inspired by the artistic vision of the MET Museum... All of it was created to encourage the P&G Panama team to  back to the office. A great challenge!

But impossible? Hmm…Not at all!

A virtual activity aimed at specialists in Traumatology and Orthopedics, organized by the P&G PHC team as a strategic initiative to promote this product line.

 

Nerve Care Forum

The best specialists in neurology from LATAM met in a forum organized by P&G Health Care for training and education purposes on the nervous system.

The graphic strategy was based on connecting and attracting the attention of health staff. To bring to life the look and feel of this virtual activity, we decided to go for a modern design with cool tones and elements inspired by the nervous system.

The result? 

Speakers and attendees 100% immersed in the experience. More than a feeling, Understanding Our Peripheral Nervous System.

D-Commerce, The Revolution

In today's reality, it is our decision whether to follow the digital trend or to LEAD. The objective of this activity was to invite the team to take the lead in the era of the Digital Revolution #TakeTheLead.

We designed a futuristic look and feel inspired by the new Matrix movie in order to convey enthusiasm and good energy.

To foster team bonds and recognize innovative projects, we created: "Pills to lead", capsules shared during the event where tips and success stories were shown, and "Pills to learn", capsules to consolidate knowledge and keep the audience connected with the event.

A highly dynamic virtual stage was the perfect spot to carry out a memorable event. 

The revolution is already here, and we are ready to lead the way!

Imagine your own live streaming platform where an interactive billboard of speakers and panelists replaced the traditional and static agenda (almost like your own corporate Netflix).

A custom designed interface and a unique virtual assistant smarter than Alexa and even with a sense of humor! A world-class speaker like Adam Markel, an expert in resilience to lead and progress.

Creativity and technology with an impeccable delivery immersed everyone in the concept of ''constructive disruption'' and understanding through experiences that the only way to continue winning and leading in the market is through innovation and business stewardship: Building Business Sustainability while driving transformation and delighting consumers.

P&G ON BRAND - GAME CHANGERS

How could we make influencers a pillar of growth for our brands and also be an ROI model that delivers excellent results and strengthens our reputation?

Maximum immersion in the concept to promote engagement and deliver the message: broadcast from a green screen stage with three locations: a spaceship, the moon and the Hall Of Fame to transmit the R&R ceremony (a path of fame, inspired by Kennedy Space Center Legends Hall).

Transmitting a business strategy can always be a clear, disruptive and direct event without neglecting a creative and memorable experience. Hosts dressed as astronauts, a live DJ broadcasting from Mars, an award ceremony called Legends Awards… Creating superior products deserves a superior OGSM to continue ''Making history together''.

We dismantled the traditional background of the business event and took a step forward, creating a virtual space with more than 600 participants with the vision of helping to generate brands that act today with a vision of the future.

We used a green screen and a virtual stage to create the ideal experience for a hybrid event with site guests serving as the backstage audience! A logo and video that communicated the Beautique team vision: diverse, unique, united... solid. Going for more in a simple image full of nuances such as ''One B'': One Beauty that inspires!

The creative proposal inspired by LEGO was the perfect strategy to convey the key message. This universe was made up of illustrated characters that represented the team members, emojis, kudos and even virtual scenarios "built" with P&G's own LEGO pieces.
